Projects in Training
We design and develop training programs for professionals, teams and organizations, in on-site, online or hybrid formats.
Each initiative is managed as a training project, with defined objectives, adapted content, methodology, execution and results evaluation.
For learning experience design and specialized content production, we work alongside MateKraft, our strategic partner in training, educational technology and content production.
This collaboration extends our ability to design and deliver training programs, courses, workshops and specialized materials.
As with every Mentor practice, work is structured as a project: diagnosis, design, execution, follow-up and closure.
